Armwrestling Supersite began with three high school graduates and wrestling fanatics from Detroit. After years of watching WWF superstars such as Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and Dwayne ‘the rock’ Johnson on the rings, we decided to find out how real wrestling is. What struck us the most beyond the general physiques of these wrestlers was the size of their arms – the bulging biceps, deltoids and triceps.
We decided to hit the gyms and try for ourselves if the bodybuilding strategies mentioned by WWF would indeed work. It has been 20 years since that day and we have been pleasantly surprised by the results of our training. We have struck to a regimented training schedule, not just for our arms but for our entire physique. We also regularly conduct feats of strength within our community to test the results of our training.
Our fascination with arms remained and we decided to start this blog 10 years ago. The idea was and remains to focus specifically on bodybuilding and the arms. Naturally, bodybuilding involves toning as well, to an extent. We update our blog regularly and add diverse posts related to training, diet, performance of feats, how-to’s etc. Keep yourself constantly informed!
